In order to study how to promote the new infrastructure construction by PPP\nmodel, this paper summarizes the meaning and characteristics of Public-\nPrivate Partnership, elaborates the significance of PPP model applied in\nnew infrastructure, and expounds the problems faced by PPP model applied\nin new infrastructure. The paper shows that if we overcome the difficulties for\nthe PPP model, the PPP model can promote the new infrastructure construction.\nAnd the paper gives some suggestions: changing the traditional role\nplayed by the government, highlighting its guiding function, formulating rational\ndistribution of interests, resolving dispute reasonably, forming scientific\nand rational pricing mechanism for the public good and service, cultivating\nspecialized personnel....
We solve the optimal portfolio choice problem for an investor who can trade\na risk-free asset and a risky asset. The investor faces both Brownian and jump\nrisks and the jump is modeled by a Hawkes process so that occurrence of a\njump in the risky asset price triggers more sequent jumps. We obtain the optimal\nportfolio by maximizing expectation of a constant relative risk aversion\n(CRRA) utility function of terminal wealth. The existence and uniqueness of\na classical solution to the associated partial differential equation are proved,\nand the corresponding verification theorem is provided as well. Based on the\ntheoretical results, we develop a numerical monotonic iteration algorithm\nand present an illustrative numerical example....
Based on the panel data of 16 cities between 2003 and 2018 in China City Statistical\nYearbook, this paper analyses the current situation and the influencing\nfactors of Producer Services Agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta. The\nresearch adopts spatial econometric methods with spatial weight matrix. The\nempirical result shows that the agglomeration trend of producer services in\nYangtze River Delta is obvious, and the spatial agglomeration pattern is\ngradually formed. Opening degree and human capital have positive impacts\non producer services agglomeration. The agglomeration is negative. And city\nscale has no effect on the agglomeration. At last, the paper puts forward some\nsuggestions to improve the level of producer services agglomeration in the\nYangtze River Delta....
Based on the survey data from questionnaire of Quality Management of\nPharmaceutical Production Enterprises in Anhui Province, this research examines\nthe relationship between the change frequency of production director\nand GMP inspection results of pharmaceutical manufacturers by adopting\nOLS model and Logit model. We find that director of manufacturing management\nplays a direct role in enterprise production management as senior\nadministrator. If director of manufacturing management changes more times,\nthe enterpriseâ??s drug production management will lose persistent stability. As\na result, the quality of drug production is affected. Without ability to produce\nhigh-quality drugs, the GMP inspection results of pharmaceutical enterprises\nare poor. Thus, this paper suggests that in daily drug quality supervision, enterprises\nthat frequently change director of manufacturing management\nshould be paid more attention to, and we should increase the frequency of\nexamination, so as to reasonably allocate regulatory resources and carry out\ntargeted supervision....
The long established link between food and oil prices in the global market is\nstill uncertain in cross-country, regional and domestic analyses. In this paper,\nwe review theoretical and empirical submissions on the nexus between food\nand oil market. Qualitative content analysis was used to critically analyze concepts\nand theories based on the past empirical evidences. The analysis shows\nthat there is hardly a consistent and generalized submission on the direction\nof the relationship between oil price and agricultural commodity prices, as\nagainst the popular notion of co-movement between food and oil prices among\nresearchers. However, studies on cross country analysis are scarce and among\nthem, very few are related to oil exporting countries, hence the need to revisit\nthe unending debate on the relationship between the two important markets\nbased on economic structure (oil exporting/importing economy), capacity of\nan economy (high/low income economy) and the causes and nature of crisis\nin the markets....
